The footy trading started with FA cup Chelsea away game, went for my fav 1-0 treat where I back the fav on correct score 1-0 and then lay it to green up. Then I follow up the game when a goal is scored and trade in the under 3,4/4,5 markets. Then I traded most live footy games the same way. Until Barca came and brought me down to earth. Again I made the error to go and chase my loss. I played the 1-0 fab treat when Barca scored 2 goals in 2 min and I did not have time to react. I was 1/3 of my stake down and then went mad and started chasing. Put everything on backing under 2,5 goals. When I go all over again what I have done,I cant believe I actually done it!!! When I lose I go mad and want immediately to win back my loss. So all of my bank was on under 2,5 goals on Barca game and that was sure suicide. The ticks were not moving and Barca could score at any time......so after 10 min I cooled down I went out of under 2,5 as my brain was shouting.....please do not give away all your bank. I went in under 3,5 goals and the market was moving in the right direction! I stayed until half time and greened up. I lost 1/10 of my bank on that game but that was a good lesson hopefully not to chase any more. I need to stop chasing as most of my loses are from this kind of madness.
On Sunday Arsenal and Man City brought me good returns as I expected goals and as more goals as better trading opportunities, as long as they are not scored too quickly. I backed Stoke and Man City when they were leading and once they scored again I greened them up.
I got lucky in Ivory Coast game as I backed the draw 5 min before the end, then IC scored for 2-1 1 at 89 min and then only poor luck saved me as Algeria scored right at the end for a draw. Why on earth I backed the draw 5 min, before the end at 1.2 I have no idea. My gambling habits never dye I suppose, will try to avoid that kind of bets in the future.
The last game was Real Madrid and I was expecting lots of goals, Malaga defended really well so when Real finally scored I backed 3,5 unders. Real scored again after 2 min but this time I stayed calm and put some more money to leverage.Lost a bit there but happy with that.
Had some trades on NBA on the total points market and tried my luck on the horses.
My tennis is still horrible that's why I use £2 stakes only.
