Mine has always been a house divided when it comes to Audis. My wife Robin thinks everything they make is the cat's meow; I think some of their cars are very good, but some are just so-so. The A6 was one of those so-so cars -- granted it got a lot better when Audi added the supercharged V6 engine in 2009, but in my mind it was no substitute for a Mercedes E-Class or even a BMW 5-series.
